The clean, sweeping profile and precisely rounded edges speak to a heritage of screen design that has shaped the genre — and the result is a windscreen that looks as purposeful as it performs.

Key Features

Designed in Barcelona by Puig using advanced virtual wind-tunnel aerodynamic studies, delivering measurably improved airflow and stability over the original screen

Manufactured from 4 mm thick high-resistance thermoplastic polymer with a 2 mm rounded edge finish — a detail that simultaneously improves rider safety and elevates the overall aesthetic

Full UV-resistant construction protects against solar degradation, keeping the screen optically clear and free from yellowing season after season

Compliant with German TÜV quality standards and homologated under ABE KBA 38182 VS2 and DOT 1312, giving full legal confidence for road use

Engineered to preserve an unobstructed field of vision while shielding the rider from wind blast, turbulence and fatigue on long-distance touring stages

Straightforward, tool-friendly fitment process designed so riders can install the screen themselves without specialist mechanical assistance

Design, Finish and Heritage

Puig has been producing screens from its Barcelona facility for decades, and that accumulated knowledge is evident in every detail of this Touring Screen. The wide, gently arched profile echoes the adventurous silhouette of the Tiger 1200 GT PRO's bodywork rather than fighting it. The rounded 2 mm edge profile is not merely a safety measure — it is a deliberate design choice that gives the screen a quality feel more in keeping with a premium motorcycle than a bolt-on aftermarket accessory.

The high-resistance thermoplastic polymer construction is inherently resistant to yellowing and surface crazing, so the clarity and finish that catch the eye on day one are maintained through years of UV exposure and varying weather conditions. This is a screen built with the understanding that a touring rider covers serious mileage in all conditions, and the material spec reflects that demand.

Aerodynamic Performance

Every Touring Screen in the Puig range is validated against the original equipment screen using virtual wind-tunnel simulation, and the aerodynamic study data is included in the package so owners can understand precisely what the upgrade delivers. On the Tiger 1200 GT PRO, the screen's geometry channels airflow efficiently over the rider, reducing turbulence at the helmet and easing fatigue on extended highway runs. Improved stability at speed is a consistent outcome of the wider touring profile, making two-up touring or loaded adventure riding noticeably more composed.

Installation

The Puig Touring Screen is engineered to integrate directly with the Tiger 1200 GT PRO's existing screen mounts. The adaptation process is intuitive and straightforward — no specialist tools or workshop visit required. The aerodynamic study documentation included in the package guides the process and provides confidence that the finished fitment matches the tested configuration.

Fitment & Compatibility

This screen is a precise fit for the following model:

Triumph Tiger 1200 GT PRO (2022–2025)

This product carries ABE homologation (KBA 38182 VS2, DOT 1312).
