The Puig Touring Plus is purpose-built for exactly that — its generously tall profile deflects wind blast, turbulence, and road debris so you arrive at the destination refreshed rather than fatigued, without compromising the adventure-ready character of the machine.

Key Features

Maximum height advantage over standard screens delivers noticeably better wind and weather protection on long-distance and touring rides.

Manufactured from high-resistance thermoplastic polymer — 3 or 4 mm thick (depending on model) — for lasting clarity and resilience against stone chips.

Rounded 2 mm contour profile meets German TÜV quality standards and reduces the risk of sharp-edge injury in a fall.

UV-resistant formulation prevents yellowing and hazing over time, keeping sightlines clear season after season.

Homologated for road use: ABE KBA 38182 VS2, DOT 1312 — straightforward legal compliance, no grey areas.

Each screen ships with assembly instructions and an aerodynamic study guide specific to the model.

Designed for the Long Road

Puig engineered the Touring Plus around real-world aerodynamic performance rather than showroom aesthetics. The taller stance pushes the wind shadow higher across the rider's chest and helmet, reducing neck fatigue and buffeting at motorway speeds. The thermoplastic polymer construction is lightweight at 1,102 g while remaining highly resistant to impacts — an everyday advantage when loose gravel or overtaking lorries are part of the commute.

Build Quality and Safety

The 2 mm rounded perimeter isn't just a styling detail. It reflects Puig's compliance approach: TÜV-verified quality standards underpin every unit that leaves the factory. The UV-resistant surface treatment is integrated into the material rather than applied as a coating, so protection against solar degradation doesn't wear away with cleaning. The ABE homologation (KBA 38182 VS2) and DOT 1312 approval mean this screen is street-legal in Germany and beyond — check the DOCUMENTS section of the listing to confirm fitment-specific approval details and review the ABE carefully to ensure suitability for your exact motorcycle specification.

Fitment & Compatibility

This windscreen is designed specifically for the following model:

BMW R1300GS Option 719 Tramontana (2023–2025)

Please verify your model year and variant before ordering.
