Race-Derived Construction

The Piega's forged aluminium structure begins life as a solid billet, pressed under immense force to align the grain structure of the metal and eliminate internal voids. The result is a wheel that is measurably stiffer and lighter than an equivalent cast unit — qualities that matter every time you tip the ZX-10 R into a corner. Less rotating inertia means the engine's power reaches the tarmac more efficiently, acceleration sharpens, and braking distances can improve as the wheel decelerates more readily.

Road and Track Optimised

OZ designed the Piega to serve both worlds without compromise. On the road, the reduced unsprung weight allows the suspension to follow surface irregularities more accurately, improving both traction and rider confidence. On track, the performance gains compound: faster direction changes, more consistent tyre contact patch behaviour, and a reduction in the gyroscopic forces that resist steering input at high speed. Fitment and Compatibility

This rear wheel is designed and engineered specifically for the Kawasaki ZX-10 R covering model years 2016 to 2020. It is not a universal fitment. Spacers are included where required for correct axle alignment. A compatible aftermarket rear sprocket must be sourced separately, as the original Kawasaki sprocket will not fit the supplied sprocket carrier.
