Performance & Application

The Oxford Mint Silicone Detailer is designed for regular detail maintenance rather than full-service cleans. A light, even mist over a clean panel instantly restores that showroom depth of gloss, smoothing out surface texture and leaving a fine protective layer that slows the re-accumulation of road grime and dust. The formula works equally well on bodywork plastics, carbon components and lacquered metal surfaces, making it a genuinely versatile addition to any workshop or kit bag.

Application takes seconds: shake the can, hold it approximately 20–30 cm from the surface, and sweep in smooth, overlapping passes. Buff lightly with a clean microfibre cloth to enhance gloss and remove any light haze. Always apply to a clean, dry surface for best results.

Safety & Usage Notes

This product contains silicone compounds. It must not be sprayed on or near brake discs, brake pads, tyre contact patches, or any other friction-critical components. Silicone contamination on braking surfaces or tyres will severely reduce grip and can create a dangerous safety hazard. Keep away from open flames and store in a cool, well-ventilated area out of direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Follow all safety instructions printed on the can.
