A spring that has settled in service sits shorter than new and quietly lowers the ride height. Free length and inner diameter decide fit; the rate decides behaviour. Öhlins measures each spring after setting rather than relying on the winding specification.

Original Öhlins Part

Every part in this catalogue is one Öhlins fits itself during assembly and service. Öhlins is one of the few suspension makers that still supplies every position in the exploded view as a single part. Öhlins numbers do not follow a logic you can guess — always read them from the documentation. Where a number has been superseded, Öhlins states the replacement — we pass that on.

Identifying the Right Part

21031-11 is the Öhlins number for this position — the same one printed in the service documentation. Check dimension a 12 mm, dimension b 17 mm, dimension c 1000 mm against what you have removed; a close size is not the same part. Free length and inner diameter decide whether a spring fits; the rate decides whether it suits. Springs are a service part: they age, they settle, and replacing them restores the geometry.

Fitting and Setup Service

Ask us about a full service: as an authorised Öhlins centre we strip, inspect, replace what is worn and set the unit back to its specification.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 21031-11

Category: Springs

Dimension A: 12 mm

Dimension B: 17 mm

Dimension C: 1000 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/21031-11_fd8a784f-b227-4df2-9a29-8757ae793a6d.png?v=1788879366
