Rates are offered in steps so a change can be made in one direction at a time. Springs are the cheapest suspension part and the one that decides the most. Öhlins publishes sag targets, and those are the reference for choosing a rate.

Genuine Service Part

The part is identical to what Öhlins fits in production — same supplier, same specification. The part number is the contract: it defines material, dimension and finish together. If you are between two sizes, send us the measurement and we will check it against the catalogue. If the unit is already apart, compare the published dimensions with the part in your hand.

Identifying the Right Part

Öhlins identifies this position by the number 25618-05 in the exploded view for the unit it belongs to. The published dimensions are dimension a 63.7 mm, dimension b 88 mm, dimension c 3 mm — measure the old part against them if you are unsure. Öhlins publishes sag targets, and those are the reference for choosing a rate. Free length and inner diameter decide whether a spring fits; the rate decides whether it suits.

Fitting and Setup Service

Öhlins recommends that its units are serviced by an authorised centre. We are one: rebuild, revalve and setup all happen in our own workshop.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 25618-05

Category: Springs

Dimension A: 63.7 mm

Dimension B: 88 mm

Dimension C: 3 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/25618-05_c3265018-a593-4930-9da9-e317e2fc7871.png?v=1788880942
