A spring that has settled in service sits shorter than new and quietly lowers the ride height.

Key Features

Öhlins part number 25618-35

Dimension B 110 mm

Dimension A 63.7 mm

Original Öhlins service part

Dimension C 31 mm

Function

This one measures 63.7 mm, 110 mm, 31 mm, and those figures are what separate it from the neighbouring numbers. Springs are the cheapest suspension part and the one that decides the most. Öhlins winds, heat-sets and measures each spring individually. A settled spring lowers the machine without anyone changing a setting.

Genuine Service Part

Öhlins keeps service parts available for units long after they leave the current price list. Öhlins numbers every position so a workshop can order precisely what it needs, not a whole assembly. Service parts are ordered per piece unless stated otherwise. Ask us before ordering if you are unsure: a wrong part in a pressurised unit is an expensive lesson.

How to Be Sure It Fits

The reliable route is the exploded drawing: find the position, read the number, order it — 25618-35 in this case. dimension a 63.7 mm, dimension b 110 mm, dimension c 31 mm is what distinguishes this number from its neighbours in the range. Progressive springs change rate through the stroke and suit short-travel machines. Rate is chosen for rider weight and load, not for the machine alone.

Fitting and Setup Service

Öhlins recommends that its units are serviced by an authorised centre. We are one: rebuild, revalve and setup all happen in our own workshop.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 25618-35

Category: Springs

Dimension A: 63.7 mm

Dimension B: 110 mm

Dimension C: 31 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/25618-35_5ba93a38-288a-449f-a16e-f90240a007ed.png?v=1788878517
