Measure the old part against them before ordering. Coating is applied after setting so it does not affect the rate. Free length and inner diameter decide whether a spring fits; the rate decides whether it suits. Öhlins measures each spring after setting rather than relying on the winding specification.

Why the Original

The part number is the contract: it defines material, dimension and finish together. Öhlins manufactures service parts on the same lines as production parts — there is no second quality. If you are between two sizes, send us the measurement and we will check it against the catalogue. Where a number has been superseded, Öhlins states the replacement — we pass that on.

Identifying the Right Part

Part number 25618-02 is unambiguous; the description alone is not, because Öhlins uses similar wording across sizes. The published dimensions are dimension a 63.7 mm, dimension b 108 mm, dimension c 39 mm — measure the old part against them if you are unsure. Rate is chosen for rider weight and load, not for the machine alone. Springs are the cheapest suspension part and the one that decides the most.

Fitting and Setup Service

We are an authorised Öhlins service centre, so you do not have to source the tools and the nitrogen: send us the damper and we rebuild it with the correct parts and the correct setting.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 25618-02

Category: Springs

Dimension A: 63.7 mm

Dimension B: 108 mm

Dimension C: 39 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/25618-02_eaed953e-24b1-4de9-a009-94b0c160ed46.png?v=1788878498
