A spacer sets an internal dimension: preload on a stack, free length, or the position of a piston. Ordering the small parts with the seal kit saves the second delivery that most rebuilds otherwise need. Small parts are what hold a rebuild together — the wrong circlip or washer is enough to fail the job.

Original Öhlins Part

The alternative to a service part is usually a new damper, which is why this catalogue exists. Buying the individual part rather than a complete assembly is what makes servicing an Öhlins unit worthwhile. Service parts are ordered per piece unless stated otherwise. Tell us the damper's model designation and year and we will match the number for you.

Identifying the Right Part

If the unit is already open, compare the dimensions below with the part in your hand before ordering 25218-01. Where no measurement is given, the drawing position is what identifies the part. Ordering the small parts with the seal kit saves the second delivery that most rebuilds otherwise need. Sealing washers are consumables — they take their shape on first assembly and do not seal twice.

Fitting and Setup Service

Öhlins recommends that its units are serviced by an authorised centre. We are one: rebuild, revalve and setup all happen in our own workshop.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 25218-01

Category: Spacers

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/25218-01_3d4f803e-c786-4a78-960f-b39c5d9cd647.png?v=1788880895
