Circlips hold axial position under load; a sprung one lets the assembly walk.

Key Features

Öhlins part number 06119-32

Original Öhlins service part

Function

Öhlins publishes no separate dimension for this position, so the part number carries the identity. Öhlins uses metric threads throughout, but the length and head form are specific to the position. Shoulder screws set a clearance as well as clamping, which is why the length is exact. A plug that seals a gas port is a pressure part despite its size.

Genuine Service Part

Rebuilding to specification only works if the parts are to specification — that starts here. Öhlins numbers every position so a workshop can order precisely what it needs, not a whole assembly. Service parts are supplied per piece unless the description says otherwise. Öhlins parts are unit-specific: a close dimension is not a substitute.

Getting the Number Right

If the unit is already open, compare the dimensions below with the part in your hand before ordering 06119-32. This position has no published dimension, so the part number is the only reliable identifier. Öhlins gives every washer and spacer its own part number because its length or thickness is part of the internal geometry. Stainless where corrosion matters, hardened where load matters — the choice is made per position.

Fitting and Setup Service

If you would rather not open the damper yourself, we can do it — we are an authorised Öhlins service centre and rebuild these units as a matter of routine.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 06119-32

Category: Ball Joint Spacers

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/06119-32_6f989534-e021-4005-b238-60b02c4ae45c.png?v=1788877415
