Öhlins uses metric threads throughout, but the length and head form are specific to the position.

Key Features

Öhlins part number 06119-23

Original Öhlins service part

Function

This position is identified by its number rather than by a dimension. Öhlins gives every washer and spacer its own part number because its length or thickness is part of the internal geometry. Sealing washers are consumables — they take their shape on first assembly and do not seal twice. Öhlins lists these individually because a service usually needs a handful of them.

Why the Original

The tolerances here are the ones the unit was assembled to, not a pattern equivalent's interpretation of them. A damper that can be rebuilt is a damper that stays on the bike; that is the whole argument for original service parts. Send us the model and serial number of your unit and we will confirm the position before you order. Service parts are ordered per piece unless stated otherwise.

Identifying the Right Part

06119-23 is the Öhlins number for this position — the same one printed in the service documentation. Where no measurement is given, the drawing position is what identifies the part. Shoulder screws set a clearance as well as clamping, which is why the length is exact. They are supplied in pairs because the bearing needs one each side.

Fitting and Setup Service

Fitting service parts means opening a pressurised unit. As an authorised Öhlins service centre we do that here, with the right tools and a dyno check afterwards — just ask.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 06119-23

Category: Ball Joint Spacers

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/06119-23_446c8377-31a2-41dd-a5cd-9ee73206d2e7.png?v=1788874928
