Öhlins uses metric threads throughout, but the length and head form are specific to the position. Width is what has to match — the bore follows the bearing. Ordering the small parts with the seal kit saves the second delivery that most rebuilds otherwise need.

Why the Original

Buying the individual part rather than a complete assembly is what makes servicing an Öhlins unit worthwhile. Every part in this catalogue is one Öhlins fits itself during assembly and service. If you are between two sizes, send us the measurement and we will check it against the catalogue. We can supply the whole position from the drawing rather than the single piece if that is easier.

Getting the Number Right

Öhlins identifies this position by the number 06119-10 in the exploded view for the unit it belongs to. This position has no published dimension, so the part number is the only reliable identifier. Width is what has to match — the bore follows the bearing. Ordering the small parts with the seal kit saves the second delivery that most rebuilds otherwise need.

Fitting and Setup Service

If you would rather not open the damper yourself, we can do it — we are an authorised Öhlins service centre and rebuild these units as a matter of routine.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 06119-10

Category: Ball Joint Spacers

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/06119-10_7a7ea969-32cf-436e-823c-a397ea86545f.png?v=1788874913
