Spacers set the internal geometry of the unit, which means their length is a specification and not a filler. Small parts are cheap until one of them is missing on a Friday afternoon. Ordering the small parts with the seal kit saves the second delivery that most rebuilds otherwise need.

Original Öhlins Part

An original part keeps the unit within its published specification; a near-equivalent quietly moves it. The alternative to a service part is usually a new damper, which is why this catalogue exists. We can supply the whole position from the drawing rather than the single piece if that is easier. The exploded drawing for your unit names the number; if you do not have it, we do.

Getting the Number Right

Order under 01138-01. Where several sizes share a description, only the number separates them. Öhlins states dimension a 6.5 mm, dimension b 15 mm, dimension c 5 mm for this number, and those figures are the deciding ones. Spacers set the internal geometry of the unit, which means their length is a specification and not a filler. Thread size and length identify the fastener; substituting a hardware-store equivalent is not sensible in a pressurised damper.

Fitting and Setup Service

Ask us about a full service: as an authorised Öhlins centre we strip, inspect, replace what is worn and set the unit back to its specification.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 01138-01

Category: Spacers

Dimension A: 6.5 mm

Dimension B: 15 mm

Dimension C: 5 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/01138-01_bae2bb4b-a266-4738-8d70-2e8ab4172bd8.png?v=1788873336
