Stainless where corrosion matters, hardened where load matters — the choice is made per position. Öhlins gives every washer and spacer its own part number because its length or thickness is part of the internal geometry. Spacers are machined rather than cut, so the ends are square and the load is even.

Original Öhlins Part

Öhlins publishes dimensions for its service parts so a workshop can verify before it fits. The alternative to a service part is usually a new damper, which is why this catalogue exists. The exploded drawing for your unit names the number; if you do not have it, we do. If you are between two sizes, send us the measurement and we will check it against the catalogue.

Identifying the Right Part

If the unit is already open, compare the dimensions below with the part in your hand before ordering 06757-02. dimension a 15 mm, dimension b 17 mm, dimension c 10 mm is what distinguishes this number from its neighbours in the range. Spacers are machined rather than cut, so the ends are square and the load is even. Fasteners in a damper see pressure, heat and vibration at once, which is why the grade matters.

Fitting and Setup Service

Öhlins recommends that its units are serviced by an authorised centre. We are one: rebuild, revalve and setup all happen in our own workshop.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 06757-02

Category: Spacers

Dimension A: 15 mm

Dimension B: 17 mm

Dimension C: 10 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/06757-02_c70935b7-b346-4a3a-8813-78422a7a8472.png?v=1788875478
