A plug that seals a gas port is a pressure part despite its size. Retaining rings come in a groove-specific thickness — the next size does not hold. Öhlins gives every washer and spacer its own part number because its length or thickness is part of the internal geometry.

Why the Original

The part number is the contract: it defines material, dimension and finish together. Öhlins publishes dimensions for its service parts so a workshop can verify before it fits. Ask us before ordering if you are unsure: a wrong part in a pressurised unit is an expensive lesson. Öhlins numbers do not follow a logic you can guess — always read them from the documentation.

Getting the Number Right

Öhlins identifies this position by the number 06751-01 in the exploded view for the unit it belongs to. Öhlins does not publish a dimension here — go by the number and the exploded view. Stainless where corrosion matters, hardened where load matters — the choice is made per position. Spacers set the internal geometry of the unit, which means their length is a specification and not a filler.

Fitting and Setup Service

If you would rather not open the damper yourself, we can do it — we are an authorised Öhlins service centre and rebuild these units as a matter of routine.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 06751-01

Category: Spacers

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/06751-01_f1667201-006a-404c-8570-4300949d8c27.png?v=1788875463
