Fasteners in a damper see pressure, heat and vibration at once, which is why the grade matters. Pins and dowels locate parts to each other; without them the assembly is merely clamped, not positioned. Öhlins publishes them in the exploded view so a workshop can order the whole position at once.

Original Öhlins Part

The alternative to a service part is usually a new damper, which is why this catalogue exists. Every part in this catalogue is one Öhlins fits itself during assembly and service. Tell us the damper's model designation and year and we will match the number for you. Where a number has been superseded, Öhlins states the replacement — we pass that on.

How to Be Sure It Fits

Part number 05191-09 is unambiguous; the description alone is not, because Öhlins uses similar wording across sizes. Check dimension a 12 mm, dimension b 23 mm, dimension c 25 mm against what you have removed; a close size is not the same part. Öhlins gives each length its own number because the assembly depends on it. Fasteners in a damper see pressure, heat and vibration at once, which is why the grade matters.

Fitting and Setup Service

Fitting service parts means opening a pressurised unit. As an authorised Öhlins service centre we do that here, with the right tools and a dyno check afterwards — just ask.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 05191-09

Category: Spacers

Dimension A: 12 mm

Dimension B: 23 mm

Dimension C: 25 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/05191-09_08f36fdd-553b-4b25-885d-fd6d694b1ef4.png?v=1788873914
