Its length is a specification, not a filler — a millimetre changes what the unit does.

Key Features

Dimension C 30 mm

Öhlins part number 24629-62

Dimension A 12.2 mm

Dimension B 20 mm

Original Öhlins service part

Where It Sits

Dimensionally this is 12.2 mm, 20 mm, 30 mm, which is how it is told apart from the rest of the range. These are the parts that are easy to lose on the bench and impossible to improvise afterwards. Stainless where corrosion matters, hardened where load matters — the choice is made per position. A spacer sets an internal dimension: preload on a stack, free length, or the position of a piston.

Genuine Service Part

Parts remain available years after a unit leaves the current price list, which is unusual in this trade. The part is identical to what Öhlins fits in production — same supplier, same specification. Order by part number — descriptions repeat across sizes, numbers do not. Ask us before ordering if you are unsure: a wrong part in a pressurised unit is an expensive lesson.

How to Be Sure It Fits

If the unit is already open, compare the dimensions below with the part in your hand before ordering 24629-62. Öhlins states dimension a 12.2 mm, dimension b 20 mm, dimension c 30 mm for this number, and those figures are the deciding ones. Fasteners in a damper see pressure, heat and vibration at once, which is why the grade matters. Spacers are machined rather than cut, so the ends are square and the load is even.

Fitting and Setup Service

Ask us about a full service: as an authorised Öhlins centre we strip, inspect, replace what is worn and set the unit back to its specification.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 24629-62

Category: Spacers

Dimension A: 12.2 mm

Dimension B: 20 mm

Dimension C: 30 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/24629-62_60f6f9fd-eb0a-4c11-9194-cfd2b18e32de.png?v=1788878354
