Both diameters and the length are specification rather than approximation. Guides and sleeves set the internal alignment of a cartridge. Sleeves position parts axially and often set the preload on a stack.

Genuine Service Part

Suspension is one of the few areas where the original part is genuinely the cheaper decision. A damper that can be rebuilt is a damper that stays on the bike; that is the whole argument for original service parts. We can supply the whole position from the drawing rather than the single piece if that is easier. Send us the model and serial number of your unit and we will confirm the position before you order.

Identifying the Right Part

If the unit is already open, compare the dimensions below with the part in your hand before ordering 61123-08. inner diameter 18 mm, outer diameter 25 mm, length 17.5 mm is what distinguishes this number from its neighbours in the range. Guides and sleeves set the internal alignment of a cartridge. Play at a bushing lets the shaft run off centre and the seal wears unevenly.

Fitting and Setup Service

Ask us about a full service: as an authorised Öhlins centre we strip, inspect, replace what is worn and set the unit back to its specification.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 61123-08

Category: Guides

Inner Diameter: 18 mm

Outer Diameter: 25 mm

Length: 17.5 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/61123-08_8f24e81f-55e1-49aa-a82c-3f71481ec912.png?v=1788878683
