Worn bushings show up as a knock over sharp edges before they show up as a leak. A worn guide shows up as a knock over sharp edges. Bushings take the side load so the seal only has to seal.

Original Öhlins Part

Parts remain available years after a unit leaves the current price list, which is unusual in this trade. A damper that can be rebuilt is a damper that stays on the bike; that is the whole argument for original service parts. If you are between two sizes, send us the measurement and we will check it against the catalogue. Service parts are ordered per piece unless stated otherwise.

How to Be Sure It Fits

00123-15 is the Öhlins number for this position — the same one printed in the service documentation. inner diameter 12 mm, outer diameter 14 mm, length 25 mm is what distinguishes this number from its neighbours in the range. Öhlins uses low-friction coated bushings so the unit breaks away smoothly rather than sticking. Play at a bushing lets the shaft run off centre and the seal wears unevenly.

Fitting and Setup Service

Ask us about a full service: as an authorised Öhlins centre we strip, inspect, replace what is worn and set the unit back to its specification.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 00123-15

Category: Guides

Inner Diameter: 12 mm

Outer Diameter: 14 mm

Length: 25 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/00123-15_baabadf8-d19e-44c2-be6e-99f2322b38ba.png?v=1788868643
