A plug that seals a gas port is a pressure part despite its size. Fasteners in a damper see pressure, heat and vibration at the same time, which is why the grade matters. Öhlins lists these individually because a service usually needs a handful of them.

Why the Original

Öhlins manufactures service parts on the same lines as production parts — there is no second quality. Every part in this catalogue is one Öhlins fits itself during assembly and service. We can supply the whole position from the drawing rather than the single piece if that is easier. We can check the number against the Öhlins exploded view before you order — just ask.

How to Be Sure It Fits

01046-16 is the Öhlins number for this position — the same one printed in the service documentation. This position has no published dimension, so the part number is the only reliable identifier. Small parts are what hold a rebuild together — the wrong circlip or washer is enough to fail the job. Fasteners in a damper see pressure, heat and vibration at the same time, which is why the grade matters.

Fitting and Setup Service

Ask us about a full service: as an authorised Öhlins centre we strip, inspect, replace what is worn and set the unit back to its specification.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 01046-16

Category: Screws

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/01046-16_846cd73b-5534-47f3-b129-f07852dfee8f.png?v=1788873025
