Housing threads carry the adjusters and are the part that suffers if the adjuster is forced. Öhlins machines housings from solid billet rather than casting them. A cracked bracket is a safety matter rather than a cosmetic one.

Original Öhlins Part

Öhlins supports its suspension with individual service parts, which is why a fifteen-year-old damper can still be rebuilt to specification. Öhlins numbers every position so a workshop can order precisely what it needs, not a whole assembly. If the unit is already apart, compare the published dimensions with the part in your hand. If you are between two sizes, send us the measurement and we will check it against the catalogue.

Getting the Number Right

Order under 25654-09. Where several sizes share a description, only the number separates them. Where no measurement is given, the drawing position is what identifies the part. Brackets and housings position the component precisely enough that it works as designed. Reservoir housings hold the gas charge and are pressure-rated accordingly.

Fitting and Setup Service

If you would rather not open the damper yourself, we can do it — we are an authorised Öhlins service centre and rebuild these units as a matter of routine.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 25654-09

Category: Brackets

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/25654-09_08f21315-67e9-4f41-8c25-9211bfed78d1.png?v=1788880981
