Öhlins pressure-tests hoses because they carry the full gas charge. The reservoir holds the gas charge and the oil volume the damper displaces as the shaft enters it. The reservoir takes the oil the shaft displaces as it enters the damper.

Original Öhlins Part

Buying the individual part rather than a complete assembly is what makes servicing an Öhlins unit worthwhile. Suspension is one of the few areas where the original part is genuinely the cheaper decision. The exploded drawing for your unit names the number; if you do not have it, we do. If the unit is already apart, compare the published dimensions with the part in your hand.

How to Be Sure It Fits

Part number 05876-10 is unambiguous; the description alone is not, because Öhlins uses similar wording across sizes. The published dimensions are dimension a 36 mm, dimension b 100 mm — measure the old part against them if you are unsure. The reservoir takes the oil the shaft displaces as it enters the damper. Öhlins pressure-tests its hoses because a reservoir line carries the full gas charge.

Fitting and Setup Service

Ask us about a full service: as an authorised Öhlins centre we strip, inspect, replace what is worn and set the unit back to its specification.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 05876-10

Category: Reservoirs

Dimension A: 36 mm

Dimension B: 100 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/05876-10_a9581282-ab78-4360-914d-c00072e96004.png?v=1788874627
