Click adjusters work through a needle in a seat; the detent spring gives the clicks their feel. The adjuster is the part a rider actually touches, and its detents are what make a setting repeatable. Öhlins builds click adjusters with defined detents so a setting can be written down and returned to.

Original Öhlins Part

The tolerances here are the ones the unit was assembled to, not a pattern equivalent's interpretation of them. The part number is the contract: it defines material, dimension and finish together. Service parts are ordered per piece unless stated otherwise. Öhlins parts are unit-specific: a close dimension is not a substitute.

How to Be Sure It Fits

Order under 01460-39. Where several sizes share a description, only the number separates them. dimension a 31 mm, dimension b 107 mm is what distinguishes this number from its neighbours in the range. Öhlins offers several lengths so the same body can serve different springs.
