Measure the old part against them before ordering. Outer tubes are specific to the fork model and its travel. Inner tubes are coated because they run in bushings and seals for their whole life. The outer tube holds the bushings and the seal head, so its bore finish matters as much as the inner tube's outside.

Why the Original

Öhlins supports its suspension with individual service parts, which is why a fifteen-year-old damper can still be rebuilt to specification. Every part in this catalogue is one Öhlins fits itself during assembly and service. Send us the model and serial number of your unit and we will confirm the position before you order. If you are between two sizes, send us the measurement and we will check it against the catalogue.

How to Be Sure It Fits

Part number 04760-53 is unambiguous; the description alone is not, because Öhlins uses similar wording across sizes. dimension a 51 mm, dimension b 56 mm, dimension c 499 mm is what distinguishes this number from its neighbours in the range. Inner tubes carry a low-friction coating; once it is through, the seals wear quickly. Öhlins publishes tube diameters by fork model, and they are not interchangeable across the range.

Fitting and Setup Service

Ask us about a full service: as an authorised Öhlins centre we strip, inspect, replace what is worn and set the unit back to its specification.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 04760-53

Category: Outer Tubes

Dimension A: 51 mm

Dimension B: 56 mm

Dimension C: 499 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/04760-53_2b624ded-c158-408e-a832-080cedcd61a9.png?v=1788873185
