A worn adjuster loses its clicks, and with them any chance of a methodical setup. The needle meters the bleed flow, and its taper shapes the whole adjustment range. Hydraulic preload adjusters are sealed and pressurised; they are replaced as a unit.

Original Öhlins Part

Öhlins supports units that are decades old, which is why the spare parts list runs to thousands of numbers. Every part in this catalogue is one Öhlins fits itself during assembly and service. If you are between two sizes, send us the measurement and we will check it against the catalogue. Ask us before ordering if you are unsure: a wrong part in a pressurised unit is an expensive lesson.

How to Be Sure It Fits

The reliable route is the exploded drawing: find the position, read the number, order it — 05943-01 in this case. Where no measurement is given, the drawing position is what identifies the part. Compression and rebound adjusters are not interchangeable even when they look similar. Öhlins builds click adjusters with defined detents so a setting can be written down and returned to.

Fitting and Setup Service

We are an authorised Öhlins service centre, so you do not have to source the tools and the nitrogen: send us the damper and we rebuild it with the correct parts and the correct setting.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 05943-01

Category: Adjustment Needles

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/05943-01_b5d0a344-2ec4-4d5c-9253-db68d114093a.png?v=1788874697
