Inner tubes carry a low-friction coating; once it is through, the seals wear quickly.

Key Features

Original Öhlins service part

Öhlins part number 06110-02

Dimension A 40 mm

Dimension B 42.6 mm

Dimension C 68.2 mm

Where It Sits

Öhlins publishes 40 mm, 42.6 mm, 68.2 mm for 06110-02 — the dimensions are the identity of the part. Fork tubes are the structural part of the front end and carry the braking load into the yokes. A marked inner tube destroys seals repeatedly until it is replaced. Öhlins publishes tube diameters by fork model, and they are not interchangeable across the range.

Why the Original

Every part in this catalogue is one Öhlins fits itself during assembly and service. Buying the individual part rather than a complete assembly is what makes servicing an Öhlins unit worthwhile. Send us the model and serial number of your unit and we will confirm the position before you order. If you are unsure which number your unit takes, send us the model and serial number of the damper and we will look it up.

Identifying the Right Part

Öhlins identifies this position by the number 06110-02 in the exploded view for the unit it belongs to. The published dimensions are dimension a 40 mm, dimension b 42.6 mm, dimension c 68.2 mm — measure the old part against them if you are unsure. Outer tubes hold the bushings and the seal head, so their bore finish matters as much as the inner tube's outside. Öhlins fork parts are specific to the fork model, not interchangeable across the range.

Fitting and Setup Service

Öhlins recommends that its units are serviced by an authorised centre. We are one: rebuild, revalve and setup all happen in our own workshop.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 06110-02

Category: Inner Tubes

Dimension A: 40 mm

Dimension B: 42.6 mm

Dimension C: 68.2 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/06110-02_6838bd5d-6716-4814-9d1b-fe3f8b6bc51a.png?v=1788877372
