Measure the old part against them before ordering. Diameter and length identify the tube; both follow the fork model. Cartridge tubes sit inside the fork leg and do the actual damping. Inner tubes are coated because they run in bushings and seals for their whole life.

Genuine Service Part

Every part in this catalogue is one Öhlins fits itself during assembly and service. Parts remain available years after a unit leaves the current price list, which is unusual in this trade. We can supply the whole position from the drawing rather than the single piece if that is easier. The Öhlins exploded view names the number for each position; we can look it up if you do not have it.

How to Be Sure It Fits

Part number 06291-01 is unambiguous; the description alone is not, because Öhlins uses similar wording across sizes. dimension a 36 mm, dimension b 42.6 mm, dimension c 60.2 mm is what distinguishes this number from its neighbours in the range. Öhlins publishes tube diameters by fork model, and they are not interchangeable across the range. Inner tubes carry a low-friction coating; once it is through, the seals wear quickly.

Fitting and Setup Service

We are an authorised Öhlins service centre, so you do not have to source the tools and the nitrogen: send us the damper and we rebuild it with the correct parts and the correct setting.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 06291-01

Category: Inner Tubes

Dimension A: 36 mm

Dimension B: 42.6 mm

Dimension C: 60.2 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/06291-01_88483222-0d11-4ee1-8d1e-88346056366a.png?v=1788877837
