Measure the old part against them before ordering. The reservoir holds the gas charge and the oil volume the damper displaces as the shaft enters it. Hose length is part of the installation and cannot be changed freely. The reservoir hose carries the full gas charge and is pressure-tested accordingly.

Original Öhlins Part

The alternative to a service part is usually a new damper, which is why this catalogue exists. Öhlins supports its suspension with individual service parts, which is why a fifteen-year-old damper can still be rebuilt to specification. Send us the model and serial number of your unit and we will confirm the position before you order. Öhlins parts are unit-specific: a close dimension is not a substitute.

Getting the Number Right

00637-25 is the Öhlins number for this position — the same one printed in the service documentation. The published dimensions are dimension a 10 mm, dimension b 10 mm, dimension c 400 mm — measure the old part against them if you are unsure. Fittings are specific to the hose and the housing they connect. A soft reservoir usually means the bladder has failed rather than the gas has leaked.

Fitting and Setup Service

Ask us about a full service: as an authorised Öhlins centre we strip, inspect, replace what is worn and set the unit back to its specification.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 00637-25

Category: Hoses

Dimension A: 10 mm

Dimension B: 10 mm

Dimension C: 400 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/00637-25_7eaa0121-3fc9-49c6-b319-c7f13a794666.png?v=1788872579
