The reservoir holds the gas charge and the oil volume the damper displaces as the shaft enters it. The reservoir hose carries the full gas charge and is pressure-tested accordingly. A separating piston or bladder keeps nitrogen and oil apart; if it fails the damping goes with it.

Genuine Service Part

Rebuilding to specification only works if the parts are to specification — that starts here. Öhlins supports units that are decades old, which is why the spare parts list runs to thousands of numbers. For a full rebuild, the seal kit plus the wear parts is usually the sensible order. Service parts are supplied per piece unless the description says otherwise.

Identifying the Right Part

Order under 00637-03. Where several sizes share a description, only the number separates them. dimension a 10 mm, dimension b 10 mm, dimension c 300 mm is what distinguishes this number from its neighbours in the range. Hose-mounted reservoirs allow installation where a piggyback would foul the chassis. Hose length is part of the installation and cannot be changed freely.

Fitting and Setup Service

Ask us about a full service: as an authorised Öhlins centre we strip, inspect, replace what is worn and set the unit back to its specification.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 00637-03

Category: Hoses

Dimension A: 10 mm

Dimension B: 10 mm

Dimension C: 300 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/00637-03_fd830e8f-018d-4e50-b88c-a6449e8f5275.png?v=1788872552
