Small parts are what hold a rebuild together — the wrong circlip or washer is enough to fail the job. These are the parts that are easy to lose on the bench and impossible to improvise afterwards. Öhlins lists these individually because a service usually needs a handful of them.

Original Öhlins Part

Suspension is one of the few areas where the original part is genuinely the cheaper decision. The part is identical to what Öhlins fits in production — same supplier, same specification. Order by part number. The dimensions below are the ones Öhlins publishes for it. If you are unsure which number your unit takes, send us the model and serial number of the damper and we will look it up.

Identifying the Right Part

11009-01 is the Öhlins number for this position — the same one printed in the service documentation. Öhlins does not publish a dimension here — go by the number and the exploded view. A plug that seals a gas port is a pressure part despite its size. Groove width decides the thickness — the next size does not hold.

Fitting and Setup Service

We are an authorised Öhlins service centre, so you do not have to source the tools and the nitrogen: send us the damper and we rebuild it with the correct parts and the correct setting.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 11009-01

Category: Circlips

Finish: Black

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/11009-01_efa3673a-de32-4b24-a91f-252bae7e9989.png?v=1788878359
