Measure the old part against them before ordering. Play at the bushing shows up as a knock over sharp bumps. Both diameters and the length are specification rather than approximation. Guides and sleeves set the internal alignment of a cartridge.

Why the Original

Öhlins manufactures service parts on the same lines as production parts — there is no second quality. Buying the individual part rather than a complete assembly is what makes servicing an Öhlins unit worthwhile. Order by part number — descriptions repeat across sizes, numbers do not. Send us the model and serial number of your unit and we will confirm the position before you order.

Identifying the Right Part

Part number 02302-05 is unambiguous; the description alone is not, because Öhlins uses similar wording across sizes. Check inner diameter 12 mm, outer diameter 170 mm, length 25 mm against what you have removed; a close size is not the same part. Bushings take the side load so the seal only has to seal. Guides and sleeves set the internal alignment of a cartridge.

Fitting and Setup Service

We are an authorised Öhlins service centre, so you do not have to source the tools and the nitrogen: send us the damper and we rebuild it with the correct parts and the correct setting.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 02302-05

Category: Guides

Inner Diameter: 12 mm

Outer Diameter: 170 mm

Length: 25 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/02302-05_778fd7f0-51ee-40fb-aa92-c00effe0890b.png?v=1788874282
