Guides and sleeves set the internal alignment of a cartridge. Bushings take the side load so the seal only has to seal. Worn bushings show up as a knock over sharp edges before they show up as a leak.

Why the Original

Öhlins keeps service parts available for units long after they leave the current price list. Öhlins supports its suspension with individual service parts, which is why a fifteen-year-old damper can still be rebuilt to specification. Send us the model and serial number of your unit and we will confirm the position before you order. Tell us the damper's model designation and year and we will match the number for you.

How to Be Sure It Fits

If the unit is already open, compare the dimensions below with the part in your hand before ordering 21947-02. inner diameter 25.4 mm, outer diameter 31.5 mm is what distinguishes this number from its neighbours in the range. Inner and outer diameter both matter; a bushing that is a little loose does more damage than none at all. Play at the bushing shows up as a knock over sharp bumps.

Fitting and Setup Service

We are an authorised Öhlins service centre, so you do not have to source the tools and the nitrogen: send us the damper and we rebuild it with the correct parts and the correct setting.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 21947-02

Category: Guides

Inner Diameter: 25.4 mm

Outer Diameter: 31.5 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/21947-02_63b29ade-0f19-4665-8476-249c08639cc1.png?v=1788878135
