Measure the old part against them before ordering. Left and right are different parts on almost every fork. Inner tubes are coated because they run in bushings and seals for their whole life. The fork bottom carries the axle and takes the braking load into the fork.

Original Öhlins Part

Öhlins manufactures service parts on the same lines as production parts — there is no second quality. Suspension is one of the few areas where the original part is genuinely the cheaper decision. We can check the number against the Öhlins exploded view before you order — just ask. Order by part number. The dimensions below are the ones Öhlins publishes for it.

Identifying the Right Part

Part number 21627-35 is unambiguous; the description alone is not, because Öhlins uses similar wording across sizes. Öhlins states dimension a 802 mm, dimension b 805 mm, dimension c 809 mm for this number, and those figures are the deciding ones. Öhlins machines the axle clamp so it grips without pulling the fork out of alignment. It houses the compression assembly on most Öhlins cartridge forks.

Fitting and Setup Service

We are an authorised Öhlins service centre, so you do not have to source the tools and the nitrogen: send us the damper and we rebuild it with the correct parts and the correct setting.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 21627-35

Category: Fork Bottoms

Dimension A: 802 mm

Dimension B: 805 mm

Dimension C: 809 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/21627-35_7721521a-0d32-4f14-97a5-4141a3780cb1.png?v=1788879692
