Öhlins fork parts are specific to the fork model, not interchangeable across the range. It houses the compression assembly on most Öhlins cartridge forks. Axle clamps are machined so the axle clamps without pinching the fork out of alignment.

Genuine Service Part

Öhlins supports its suspension with individual service parts, which is why a fifteen-year-old damper can still be rebuilt to specification. The tolerances here are the ones the unit was assembled to, not a pattern equivalent's interpretation of them. Where a number has been superseded, Öhlins states the replacement — we pass that on. Ask us before ordering if you are unsure: a wrong part in a pressurised unit is an expensive lesson.

Getting the Number Right

The reliable route is the exploded drawing: find the position, read the number, order it — 21674-02 in this case. Öhlins does not publish a dimension here — go by the number and the exploded view. Inner tubes carry a low-friction coating; once it is through, the seals wear quickly. Fork legs are matched left and right on most Öhlins forks and are listed separately.

Fitting and Setup Service

If you would rather not open the damper yourself, we can do it — we are an authorised Öhlins service centre and rebuild these units as a matter of routine.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 21674-02

Category: Fork Bottoms

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/21674-02_f0f0deed-6267-4bb3-b1c5-06ffe0087b6a.png?v=1788880083
