Housing threads carry the adjusters and are the part that suffers if the adjuster is forced. Öhlins machines housings from solid billet rather than casting them. Fender brackets carry the mudguard on machines where the fork leg has no mounting of its own.

Genuine Service Part

Öhlins lists this part under its own number in the service catalogue so a workshop can order exactly what it needs. Öhlins is one of the few suspension makers that still supplies every position in the exploded view as a single part. Send us the model and serial number of your unit and we will confirm the position before you order. Ask us before ordering if you are unsure: a wrong part in a pressurised unit is an expensive lesson.

How to Be Sure It Fits

Öhlins identifies this position by the number 21665-19 in the exploded view for the unit it belongs to. Where no measurement is given, the drawing position is what identifies the part. A cracked bracket is a safety matter, not a cosmetic one. Öhlins supplies them with the fitting hardware they need.

Fitting and Setup Service

A damper rebuild is workshop work: it needs the unit dismantled, the shim stack rebuilt in the correct order and the gas charge reset. We are an authorised Öhlins service centre and do exactly that in house — send us the unit or ask us to fit the part with your order.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 21665-19

Category: Fender Brackets

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/21665-19_1f658adc-3829-4beb-87ad-ec5b8755bb8f.png?v=1788880057
