End caps carry adjusters, seals and often the gas valve. Top eyes with an integrated preload adjuster are listed as one part. Eye width and bore diameter both have to match the chassis mount.

Genuine Service Part

The tolerances here are the ones the unit was assembled to, not a pattern equivalent's interpretation of them. The alternative to a service part is usually a new damper, which is why this catalogue exists. We can supply the whole position from the drawing rather than the single piece if that is easier. The exploded drawing for your unit names the number; if you do not have it, we do.

Getting the Number Right

05434-07 is the Öhlins number for this position — the same one printed in the service documentation. Where no measurement is given, the drawing position is what identifies the part. Spherical bearings in the eye let the damper move without binding as the linkage arcs. Top eyes with an integrated preload adjuster are listed as one part.

Fitting and Setup Service

Ask us about a full service: as an authorised Öhlins centre we strip, inspect, replace what is worn and set the unit back to its specification.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 05434-07

Category: End Eyes

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/05434-07_434449d5-36c9-4b2a-8df7-05b9d40d262f.png?v=1788876669
