Top eyes with an integrated preload adjuster are listed as one part. A worn eye bearing is often mistaken for worn damping. A spherical bearing in the eye lets the damper follow the linkage arc without side load.

Genuine Service Part

The part is identical to what Öhlins fits in production — same supplier, same specification. The alternative to a service part is usually a new damper, which is why this catalogue exists. The exploded drawing for your unit names the number; if you do not have it, we do. Tell us the damper's model designation and year and we will match the number for you.

Getting the Number Right

Order under 21069-03. Where several sizes share a description, only the number separates them. Öhlins states dimension a 14 mm, dimension b 57 mm, dimension c 26 mm for this number, and those figures are the deciding ones. The spherical bearing in an end eye lets the damper follow the linkage without side load. Öhlins machines the eye from the same billet as the body on many units.

Fitting and Setup Service

Ask us about a full service: as an authorised Öhlins centre we strip, inspect, replace what is worn and set the unit back to its specification.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 21069-03

Category: End Eyes

Dimension A: 14 mm

Dimension B: 57 mm

Dimension C: 26 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/21069-03_bae6b8c3-e51d-4337-bb2f-3852bc67f108.png?v=1788879460
