Öhlins matches tube and piston as a pair during assembly, which is why the part numbers are specific. The tube carries the end cap threads, so damaged threads mean a new tube rather than a repair. A tube that has been bottomed hard often shows a ring mark; that is a reason to replace it.

Genuine Service Part

Öhlins numbers every position so a workshop can order precisely what it needs, not a whole assembly. Öhlins keeps service parts available for units long after they leave the current price list. Tell us the damper's model designation and year and we will match the number for you. If you are between two sizes, send us the measurement and we will check it against the catalogue.

Identifying the Right Part

Order under 03250-31. Where several sizes share a description, only the number separates them. Öhlins does not publish a dimension here — go by the number and the exploded view. Diameter and length together identify the tube — both are specific to the damper it came from. Twin-tube dampers use two concentric tubes, and both are listed separately.

Fitting and Setup Service

Fitting service parts means opening a pressurised unit. As an authorised Öhlins service centre we do that here, with the right tools and a dyno check afterwards — just ask.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 03250-31

Category: Cylinder Heads

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/03250-31_82abb2ee-bf44-4226-a9b6-7e304765623c.png?v=1788874716
