Brackets and housings position the component precisely enough that it works as designed. Adaptor pieces let one damper body serve several mounting geometries. A cracked bracket is a safety matter, not a cosmetic one.

Why the Original

Buying the individual part rather than a complete assembly is what makes servicing an Öhlins unit worthwhile. Öhlins keeps service parts available for units long after they leave the current price list. If the unit is already apart, compare the published dimensions with the part in your hand. Order by part number. The dimensions below are the ones Öhlins publishes for it.

Getting the Number Right

Part number 06265-03 is unambiguous; the description alone is not, because Öhlins uses similar wording across sizes. Öhlins states dimension a 6 mm, dimension b 10 mm, dimension c 2.5 mm for this number, and those figures are the deciding ones. Brackets and housings position the component precisely enough that it works as designed. Öhlins machines its housings from solid rather than casting them, which keeps the bores true.

Fitting and Setup Service

Ask us about a full service: as an authorised Öhlins centre we strip, inspect, replace what is worn and set the unit back to its specification.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 06265-03

Category: Brackets

Dimension A: 6 mm

Dimension B: 10 mm

Dimension C: 2.5 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/06265-03_dbe47a4d-4a8e-478b-a532-980aed9d7dd7.png?v=1788875289
