Öhlins anodises housings for corrosion resistance rather than for looks. Clamps have a specified torque; over-tightening distorts the bore they hold. Brackets locate the unit against the chassis and take load in one direction only.

Why the Original

The alternative to a service part is usually a new damper, which is why this catalogue exists. The part is identical to what Öhlins fits in production — same supplier, same specification. The Öhlins exploded view names the number for each position; we can look it up if you do not have it. Tell us the damper's model designation and year and we will match the number for you.

Getting the Number Right

Part number 05349-01 is unambiguous; the description alone is not, because Öhlins uses similar wording across sizes. Öhlins does not publish a dimension here — go by the number and the exploded view. Mounting hardware is model-specific even where the damper body is common. Öhlins machines brackets from billet so the bores stay true under clamping.

We can check the number against the Öhlins exploded view before you order — just ask.

Fitting and Setup Service

Fitting service parts means opening a pressurised unit. As an authorised Öhlins service centre we do that here, with the right tools and a dyno check afterwards — just ask.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 05349-01

Category: Brackets

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/05349-01_22bb7d73-b4f6-4ea7-8579-e4954236efa0.png?v=1788874028
