An adjuster that turns without resistance has lost its detent; the setting is then guesswork.

Key Features

Öhlins part number 15094-01

Original Öhlins service part

What It Is

This position is identified by its number rather than by a dimension. Electronically controlled adjusters replace the needle with a solenoid but keep the same hydraulics. Adjuster housings carry seals, and a leak there empties the damper as surely as a shaft seal. Öhlins publishes the click count for each unit, and a rebuilt adjuster should return it.

Original Öhlins Part

Öhlins is one of the few suspension makers that still supplies every position in the exploded view as a single part. The tolerances here are the ones the unit was assembled to, not a pattern equivalent's interpretation of them. The exploded drawing for your unit names the number; if you do not have it, we do. Öhlins numbers do not follow a logic you can guess — always read them from the documentation.

How to Be Sure It Fits

If the unit is already open, compare the dimensions below with the part in your hand before ordering 15094-01. Öhlins does not publish a dimension here — go by the number and the exploded view. Hydraulic preload adjusters are sealed and pressurised; they are replaced as a unit. Compression and rebound adjusters are not interchangeable even when they look similar.

Fitting and Setup Service

Fitting service parts means opening a pressurised unit. As an authorised Öhlins service centre we do that here, with the right tools and a dyno check afterwards — just ask.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 15094-01

Category: Adjusters

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/15094-01_a87f2706-f76e-400e-bf5f-66a7f9e83217.png?v=1788876082
