That is the OBT008: a 10 g bracket measuring 60.6 mm in height and 90.3 mm in projection. The bracket comes black; colour lives on the reservoir, not the mount. The 321 cc MT-03 takes it with the standard fittings.

Key Features

Reversible — the original part goes back on the MT-03 any time

Decides where the reservoir ends up on the MT-03

Nothing on the MT-03 is drilled, cut or permanently altered

Covers the MT-03 across 12 model years (2015 to 2026)

Steel-free so nothing corrodes into the MT-03 fitting

10 g on the MT-03

Maintenance

Anodised aluminium takes brake cleaner badly; keep it off the OBT008. The OBT008 sets the reservoir at 60.6 mm height with 90.3 mm of projection. It fits the LighTech reservoirs OBT001, OBT006 and OBT007 and is sold without any of them.

Fitment and Compatibility

This listing covers the Yamaha MT-03, 2015 to 2026. The bracket carries the reservoir; check the space on your MT-03 before deciding front or rear.

Installation

Installation on the MT-03 needs no special service tool. Offer the bracket up before tightening — the hose run on the MT-03 decides the angle. Everything removed from the MT-03 can go straight back on.

What Is in the Box

LighTech ships the OBT008 on its own. Spares are listed under their own numbers rather than bundled.

Sold Separately

LighTech sells this mount on its own. The tank — OBT001, OBT006 or OBT007 — is a separate article. If you are starting from nothing on the MT-03, you need both lines on the order.

Regulations and the Hydraulic Circuit

What looks like a cosmetic swap on the MT-03 is a change to a safety system. LighTech supplies no type-approval document with the OBT008, and we make no approval claim for it. Road use on the MT-03 means two steps: clarify it beforehand, test it afterwards.

Technical Data

Brand: LighTech

Part number: OBT008

Type: Reservoir bracket, front

Height: 60.6 mm

Projection: 90.3 mm

Material: Anodised aluminium

Finish: Black only

Fits reservoirs: OBT001, OBT006, OBT007

Weight: 10 g

Fitment: Yamaha MT-03 (2015 to 2026)

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/v_OBT008NER_5aec8e58-ed5e-48d9-9db2-39bde579e70d.png?v=1791205189
