Machined from solid rather than moulded: that is the OIL011, thread M20 x 2.5. This listing covers a Z900 across 10 model years (2017 to 2026). Ergal is the alloy LighTech uses where weight and durability both matter.

Key Features

Oil filler cap

Replaces the original cap

Thread M20 x 2.5

Made in Italy

A straight swap for the original cap

Weight 26 g

Fitment and Compatibility

The OIL011 is intended for a Kawasaki Z900 from 2017 to 2026. The listing names the bike, but M20 x 2.5 is the specification that has to match. One message with the vehicle details and we confirm or correct the choice.

Why a Machined Cap

Plastic that has been hot for ten years does not look like plastic that is new. The OIL011 is one of the few engine parts a rider can change in a minute. The rest shows up at the next oil check.

Before You Order

The scope of the OIL011, stated plainly. Everything in the package is named above. This cap seals the engine. Check the thread (M20 x 2.5) against the original, reuse the O-ring or seal unless it is damaged, tighten it by hand and look for seepage before the first ride. The key for fitting it is a separate part number. Ask us if anything is unclear before ordering.

Fitting

If the bike goes on track, wire the cap through its three holes to the frame. Torque figures matter more in aluminium than in steel. An appointment for this is shorter than the ride to us.

Supplied As

The scope of the OIL011: the cap itself. 2 anodised finishes are available: Blue, Green. You supply the tools; the part comes as described.

Approval

Before the subject of the next inspection comes up. The OIL011 comes with no German approval document.
