That is what the OIL011 is: a filler cap machined from solid Ergal, thread M20 x 2.5. This listing covers a CB 650 R across 8 model years (2019 to 2026). It weighs 26 g.

Key Features

Thread M20 x 2.5

A stock LighTech item

LighTech part number OIL011

A straight swap for the original cap

Ergal, machined from solid

Replaces the original cap

Thread and Application

LighTech names a Honda CB 650 R, 2019 to 2026, as the application. The listing names the bike, but M20 x 2.5 is the specification that has to match. Send us the thread size if you have it, and the question is settled in one message.

Scope and Conditions

Worth knowing about the OIL011. Nothing listed above is sold as an upgrade. Whatever else it is, this is a seal. Compare the thread (M20 x 2.5) with the original cap, fit the seal, tighten by hand and check the case afterwards. The key for fitting it is a separate part number. Ask us if anything is unclear before ordering.

The Last Plastic Part

The standard cap was moulded, not machined, and it shows. Fitting is a straight swap, which is the manufacturer's own description. Beyond that there is nothing we would claim for it.

Supplied As

OIL011 is one cap, nothing else. 2 anodised finishes are available: Blue, Green. What ships is the part named above and its packaging.

Installation

Start the engine, let it warm, and look at the filler before you ride. Do the job with the bike upright, not on the side stand. If you would rather not do it yourself, our workshop in Munich fits it.

Approval

This part sits on the engine, so a word on it. There is no German certificate for the OIL011, and we do not imply one.
