That is what the FBC30 is: a master cylinder cover milled from solid, anodised, with the laser-marked LighTech logo. It is a stock LighTech item. The shape follows the master cylinder, which is why it changes from bike to bike.

Key Features

LighTech logo laser-marked

2 colours — Black, Orange

Sold individually

One cover per order

Shape matched to the master cylinder of this model

Machined from solid on CNC machinery

What It Fits

LighTech names a KTM 790 DUKE, 2018 to 2026, as the application. A cover matches one reservoir shape; the model year tells you which. If your 790 DUKE is not on the list, ask us — LighTech covers more vehicles than are listed here.

Scope and Conditions

Where the FBC30 ends. Nothing beyond the described scope is in the box. This is the cover, not the reservoir and not its seal. Reuse the original gasket or diaphragm unless it is damaged, and check that the cover seats flat before you ride. A stock LighTech item, so a second one is not a special order.

At Eye Level

A cockpit is judged on its smallest parts. The FBC30 replaces the original cover and nothing else — one part, one job. That is the whole case for it; there is no third argument.

What You Get

Delivered is the cover FBC30. 2 anodised colours are available: Black, Orange. The original seal is not replaced by this part.

Mounting It

The FBC30 goes on with the original seal unless that seal is damaged. Check the brake works as expected before the first ride, in the yard, not in traffic. If you would rather not do it yourself, our workshop in Munich fits it.

Approval

What comes with it in terms of documentation. We make no approval claim for the FBC30: it arrives without German documentation. A cover that replaces the original like for like is not normally the issue — a leaking one is. Check it before you ride a registered 790 DUKE.

Technical Data

Brand: LighTech

Part number: FBC30

Type: Brake/clutch master cylinder cover

Material: Ergal aluminium alloy, anodised

Manufacture: Machined from solid, CNC

Marking: LighTech logo, laser-marked

Origin: Made in Italy

Weight: 33 g

Fitment: KTM 790 DUKE (2018 to 2026)

Road approval: No ABE or parts certificate supplied
