The FBC36 is LighTech's cover for a ZX-6R. It weighs 45 g. It is a stock LighTech item.

Key Features

Listed for the Kawasaki ZX-6R

Made in Italy

Weight 45 g

5 colours — Black, Blue, Green, Grey, Red

A stock LighTech item

LighTech part number FBC36

Before You Order

A detail on the FBC36. There is no accessory pack beyond what is listed. Brake fluid is behind this cover: keep the original seal, fit it dry, seat it flat, and do not overtighten the screws. LighTech publishes no further specification for this part number — no material or finishing details — so we do not state any. Italian manufacture, like everything else LighTech makes.

The Last Standard Part

Brake fluid is aggressive, and the cover lives with it. The FBC36 is the reservoir cover for this master cylinder, in 5 anodised colours. Beyond that there is nothing we would claim for it.

Fitment

LighTech lists the FBC36 for a Kawasaki ZX-6R, model years 2007 to 2026. LighTech states that the cover shape follows the master cylinder, which is why it is listed per bike and not as a universal lid. Ask us first if the bike runs an aftermarket master cylinder.

Installation

Two screws hold the cover; work with the bike upright and the reservoir level. Give yourself more time than the job seems to need. Fitting is part of what we do on site.

Supplied As

In the box: the cover FBC36. 5 anodised colours are available: Black, Blue, Green, Grey, Red. No approval paperwork is included — see the section below.

Paperwork

This part sits on the brake system, so a word on it. We make no approval claim for the FBC36: it arrives without German documentation. The brake has to work and the reservoir has to seal; that matters more than the paperwork.

Specifications

Brand: LighTech

Part number: FBC36

Type: Brake/clutch master cylinder cover

Function: Replaces the cover on the master cylinder reservoir

Supplied as: Single item

Colours: 5 — Black, Blue, Green, Grey, Red

Origin: Made in Italy

Weight: 45 g

Fitment: Kawasaki ZX-6R (2007 to 2026)

Road approval: No ABE or parts certificate supplied

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/v_FBC34NER_6a6e0a_94451b23-6ba8-4a83-9a5f-cd72fd8f2513.png?v=1791985176
