LighTech's FRE939NER is a pair of machined aluminium turn signals carrying E8 approval. LighTech designs these arrows around its own tail tidies.

Key Features

Listed for the Yamaha TENERE 700 EXTREME EDITION

E8 type approval for the indicator pair

Supplied as a pair

Designed to be combined with LighTech licence plate holders

100 % Made in Italy

May need a load resistor or an LED flasher relay — see the note below

What the Original Costs You

Changing the indicators is the cheapest visible change there is. At 128 g the FRE939NER adds almost nothing where the original was bulky. E8 is a component approval; where and how they are fitted is a separate question.

Fitment and Compatibility

LighTech lists the FRE939NER for the Yamaha TENERE 700 EXTREME EDITION. Check what the indicator will be mounted to before ordering. The part number FRE939NER is the binding reference, not the model name.

Before You Order: Resistors

LED indicators bring one complication with them. Some TENERE 700 EXTREME EDITION wiring looms expect a bulb-sized load; where that is the case, the FRE939NER needs a resistor or an LED relay alongside it. LighTech recommends having the installation done by specialists, and we pass that on rather than play it down.

In the Workshop

Installation is wiring work rather than mechanical work. Check the polarity before you close everything up — an indicator wired the wrong way round does not light. Nothing on the TENERE 700 EXTREME EDITION is altered permanently.

Scope of Delivery

One pair per order. Two indicators and their fixings; nothing electrical beyond that.

What the Approval Covers

Unlike most of the LighTech range, the FRE939NER is a type-approved component: E8. Component approval and roadworthiness of the finished installation are two different things. The approval helps you; it does not replace a sensible installation.

At a Glance

Brand: LighTech

Part number: FRE939NER

Type: LED turn signals, pair

Approval: E8 component type approval

Material: Aluminium

Position: Front or rear

Supplied as: Pair

Note: May require a load resistor or LED relay

Finish: Black

Weight: 128 g

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/v_FRE939NER_1_d37841_b017ec79-1c5e-440d-97a7-0132946f289b.png?v=1791897395
https://inter-pace.com/products/lightech-led-turn-signals-yamaha-tenere-700-extreme-edition-2019-2026-fre939ner
