The ISS201LT is the mirror of the brake-side guard, built for the MT-10 clutch lever. Bush colour is a choice of 7 on the MT-10; see the specifications for the range. The 998 cc MT-10 takes it on the standard bar with the matching adapter.

Key Features

Bar-end weights come off the MT-10; nothing else does

7 bush colours, all at the same price

No drilling and no cutting on the MT-10

The polymer returns to shape after impact instead of staying bent

Original MT-10 controls stay exactly where they are

Supplied with the instructions the MT-10 fitting needs

Worth Protecting Anyway

The left lever leads whenever an MT-10 goes over at a standstill. The ISS201LT reaches past the clutch lever of the MT-10 at 132 mm guard length. It is the brake-side part, mirrored for the left bar of the MT-10.

In the Workshop

No special tool is involved in fitting the ISS201LT to the MT-10. Re-check the fasteners after the first ride, as with anything at the bar end. On the MT-10 nothing is drilled and nothing is cut.

Fitment

Fitment is the Yamaha MT-10 across 2016 to 2026. No part of the MT-10 is drilled or cut; the guard mounts at the bar end.

Choosing the Adapter

The ISS201LT needs a mount that suits the bar of the MT-10. Adapters are not interchangeable between models; the Yamaha MT-10 has its own. The matching adapter is KPL310 (2016-2026) or KPL311 (2022-2026); the guard alone is not a complete installation. The option “Adapter” offers each number with its years; “With Adapter KPL310 (2016-2026)” is the default, the year of your MT-10 settles it. Only where the MT-10 adapter is already fitted does “Without Adapter” make sense.

Scope of Delivery

The ISS201LT is supplied as one guard for one side of the MT-10. Bushes are part of the guard; the adapter for the MT-10 is the value chosen under “Adapter”. The ISS201LT number is the only thing to quote for a repeat order.

Road Approval and Regulations

Clutch lever guards are rarely mandated, which does not make them pointless. No approval document comes with the ISS201LT. On a road-registered MT-10 the fitted position is a matter for your inspection body.

Technical Data

Brand: LighTech

Part number: ISS201LT

Type: GC-Tech clutch lever guard

Material: Technical polymer, carbon and graphite filled

Guard weight: 39.6 g

Guard length: 132 mm

Origin: Made in Italy

Bush colours: 7 — Black, Blue, Gold, Green, Grey, Orange, Red

Weight: 110 g

Supplied as: Single item

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/v_ISS201LTNER_c830d4ce-3a2c-44f2-b2d7-4222e9db882d.png?v=1791966134
https://inter-pace.com/products/lightech-gc-tech-clutch-lever-guard-132-mm-yamaha-mt-10-2016-2026-iss201lt
