The ISS200RT bridges the CBR 600 RR brake lever at 132 mm guard length and weighs 39.6 g doing it. The guard body is fixed; only the bushes vary, in 7 colours. LighTech catalogues it for the CBR 600 RR; each guard is sold as a single item.

Key Features

7 bush colours, all at the same price

Built for track use and road riding alike on the CBR 600 RR

Listed for the CBR 600 RR specifically rather than as a universal fit

Colour changes the look of the CBR 600 RR, not the fit

39.6 g of guard on a CBR 600 RR that would otherwise carry nothing there

Covers the CBR 600 RR across 22 model years (2005 to 2026)

What the Guard Prevents

The danger at the bar end of a CBR 600 RR is leverage, not damage. LighTech builds the ISS200RT from a polymer filled with carbon and graphite rather than from aluminium. On the CBR 600 RR that is 39.6 g spent in the one place it buys something.

Fitment

LighTech lists the ISS200RT for the Honda CBR 600 RR. Check full steering lock on the CBR 600 RR before you ride — the guard must not touch the tank or screen. On the CBR 600 RR nothing is drilled and nothing is cut.

Supplied As

The ISS200RT is supplied as one guard for one side of the CBR 600 RR. Spare end caps and bushes are listed under their own numbers. If the CBR 600 RR needs a replacement later, nothing else has to come off.

Choosing the Adapter

One thing to settle before ordering the ISS200RT: the adapter. Every motorcycle takes the adapter matched to its own handlebar bore, and the CBR 600 RR is no exception. Leave the “Adapter” option on “With Adapter KPL306” — that is the adapter for the CBR 600 RR, ordered in the same step. If KPL306 is already in the bar of your CBR 600 RR, “Without Adapter” saves buying it twice.

Regulations and Road Use

Many organisers now check for a brake lever guard before a CBR 600 RR goes onto the circuit. We list the ISS200RT without an approval claim because LighTech issues none. For road use on a CBR 600 RR in Germany, clarify with your inspection body whether the fitted guard is acceptable.

Technical Data

Brand: LighTech

Part number: ISS200RT

Type: GC-Tech brake lever guard

Material: Technical polymer, carbon and graphite filled

Guard weight: 39.6 g

Guard length: 132 mm

Origin: Made in Italy

Bush colours: 7 — Black, Blue, Gold, Green, Grey, Orange, Red

Weight: 110 g

Supplied as: Single item

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/v_ISS200RTNER_46f752f3-903e-452c-a72b-933d5fcc7126.png?v=1791966335
https://inter-pace.com/products/lightech-gc-tech-brake-lever-guard-132-mm-honda-cbr-600-rr-2005-2026-iss200rt
