LighTech's FRMCF001 replaces the frame fasteners of a 650NK with 12 pieces in anodised Ergal 7075. Anodising is what keeps the colour on an aluminium screw head. LighTech lists it for a 650NK.

Key Features

Replaces the frame fasteners

Covers a 650NK across 4 model years (2021 to 2024)

A stock LighTech item

12 pieces in the kit

the listed weight

5 colours — Black, Blue, Gold, Red, Silver

Why a Screw Kit

Steel in aluminium threads is a decision somebody made for you. The FRMCF001 covers the frame screws of a 650NK in one part number and one colour. What it does not do is change how the bike rides.

In the Workshop

Work from the top down so nothing is left hanging on one fastener. Check the fasteners again after the first ride. Fitting is part of what we do on site.

What It Fits

This listing covers a CFMoto 650NK (2021 to 2024). The fastener pattern was unchanged across 4 model years, so one part number covers them all. A chassis number settles any doubt about the year faster than a table.

Scope and Conditions

Read this before adding the FRMCF001 to the basket. The kit substitutes the factory fasteners and nothing beyond them. LighTech states the kit contains 12 pieces — that is the figure for this part number, not for the range. A stock LighTech item, so a second one is not a special order.

What You Get

The scope of the FRMCF001: 12 screws and washers for the frame. Colour is chosen at ordering: Black, Blue, Gold, Red, Silver. No approval paperwork is included — see the section below.

Road Approval

What comes with it in terms of documentation. There is no ABE and no parts certificate in the box with the FRMCF001. For a road-registered 650NK ask your inspection body if you want it in writing.

The Data

Brand: LighTech

Part number: FRMCF001

Type: Frame bolt kit

Material: Ergal 7075, anodised

Function: Replaces the original frame fasteners

Supplied as: Complete kit

Origin: Made in Italy

Weight: the listed weight

Fitment: CFMoto 650NK (2021 to 2024)

Road approval: No ABE or parts certificate supplied

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/v_KIT-VITI-NER_5a1d1d_61cc42b0-13dc-4569-9171-eb6982447217.png?v=1791963614
